On Going Support
PALs has a unique support feature for USERS with internet access. At the form where you need the support, you click on the HELP button and look for the answer to your question. If is is not found or not clear, simple click on the button, “Email Developer” and send your question in. An email reply will provide the answer that can be easily copied into the HELP form where you were experiencing the problem for a ready reference the next time.

Web Based Support
/ Training - Using remote software, a PALs
technician can "enter" your computer to fix problems or demonstrate
features. Or, you can enter a PALs
computer. This is particularly helpful for training purposes. While we talk on
the phone, we share the same computer screen.
Onsite Installation and Training

This service ensures that PALs is properly installed, fully operational and most importantly, staff know how to use it
to maximum advantage.
Pre-Installation Services
PALs realized that to install and learn new software, and keep the old system going is often nearly an impossible task. The staff demands do not slow up to permit double paper handling. In response, PALs can come pre-installed with your clients, staff, meds, and services listed. Call to discuss charges and process.
